Clarity Vs. Anxiety

The day I wake up without a plan I either waste most part of the day on god knows what? Or pretend to have a plan and act the part till about five then call it a day.

I guess the majority of people can relate to that, the smart ones don’t fall victim to that. The reasons are many but anxiety is one of them.

The less clarity you have the more your anxiety levels rise. It’s because we need to know.

We need to be in the drivers seat even if we’re not.

We need to know what’s going on?

The moment I attack the elephant in the room, or in my head for this matter the faster my anxiety levels stop bubbling.

When I’m totally clueless I sit down and spend a whole day planning, debunking, cleaning out garbage notes lying around making me look busy.. also try and fit everything that actually matters into one piece of paper.

Not electronic format, first I have to see it old school! Then I’ll plot whatever needs to be done into my calendars and what not.

If you do not clear your daily/weekly/monthly plate from unclear this and that’s, you’ll live a year of mixed anxiety levels, blurred vision and a useless busYness feeling.

Stop. Take a deep breath. Chill. Get away from it all for a while. Disconnect. Say no more. Fight for your time. Dump everything that’s on your mind on a piece of paper, or three. Clear it all. Prioritize. simplify.

After that mind cleansing, quick fix anxiety busting simple exercise start planning your day and keep at it.

It doesn’t matter if you fall back, it’s not a sprint it’s not even a race for gods sake.. it’s just your insanity we’re talking about here 😉

Have a calm fruitful day.
