How to do the things you ought to do without missing a day
It’s all about the routine and atomic habits you combine. You could say they’re one thing but honestly they’re not.
The atomic habits is doing small, simple no-brainer things that eventually add up to something bigger and more meaningful for you.
The routine is what you program yourself to do on a daily basis that eventually add becomes second nature to do.
You make it a habit that if not done you feel something’s off.
I am a big time procrastinator not because I’m a lazy person (even though I love being that) but because I take on too many important projects for myself and end up doing few or non.
So I sat down with myself a few times and made this schedule that hovers over my life situation today, not back then or tomorrow..
I then broke it down to up time or time that I am aware, at my peak energy levels or the start.. put the things that I dread the most in that area.
It kills the procrastinator in me.
And then I look over the other stuff and plug it in the appropriate places through the day and week based on my accomplishment goals.. and hit play!
That’s it, now go grab a coffee alone somewhere and do what you do best… plan your life.
