How to use your mind

Sorry, no manual available only trial and error.

So what do we do to actually use it or better yet expand its capabilities?

“I think therefore that’s all that matters” not really, that is a given, although I’m (pretty pretty pretty) sure not everyone does. Using it on auto pilot is a waste of the greatest organ on planet earth.

If you don’t believe me look at any slacker who’s life is going from point A (the couch) to point B (bed) and back again day in day out and filling the rest of the day with anything that comes to mind.. ironic I know by pointing the mind part.

Know take a look at all the the things you use daily.. do you think slackers provided those? Or people that used their minds wisely, collectively and did something about it?

Enough with the blabbering, if you want to really use your brain and expand it at the same time:

Get out of your own head!

It’s not about what you already know and the how you prove to yourself that you know, it’s about what you don’t know and how you overcome it.

For example, you’re reading a new book and it is really in your like neighborhood, you dwell and leisurely swim in the ocean of words that you already know and acknowledge the authors ideas..

Then it happens, the author stabs you in the back and offers the one thing you know nothing about, new information, new findings and science backed facts and findings… the only trouble here is it’s new to you!

Shocking and mind boggling! But wait a minute isn’t that why you picked up the book in the first place for? To learn something new? To add to your knowledge arsenal? To educate yourself on the matter?

Or.. hear me out, to feed your ego and prove to yourself what you already knew?

That my friends is the door opener to growing our minds, traveling the road less travelled in information and education, filtration and seeking what we DON’T KNOW.. not validating what we already know.

Step outside the minds comfort zones and enter the dragon of the beautiful vast unknown knowledge we really need.

That’s all folks.. have a great one!
