It’s not branding, platform or constant content pumping.

It’s you.

It’s what you offer, the value you add?

The difference you make in people’s lives.

The amount of personal branding and polishing going on left and right seems to have made people lose sight of what’s important.

You can have the best LinkedIn profile with all the glamour and stars too, but if it’s not backed.. people will find out fast.

Focusing more on the quality of your content, work, service or enhancing what you sell and raising your bar works.

People will forgive your unpolished picture perfect presence if what you deliver knocks their socks off, not the other way around.

Inflated anything will eventually pop or go flat and maybe the makeup will attract them but the inner beauty will keep them.
