It’s past showtime

So much goes on in the world today to highlight a persons achievements.

We know the media conglomerates of the old world screwed up big time when the doors to fame and fortune through them were patrolled by “people in the know” or “people like us”

Today the game has changed and we all know that, we actually know it too well.

Everyone’s a broadcasting center for what they do, from Instafame to Youtubers and bloggers, hidden behind the words, pictures and videos is self promotion.

Now don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with that at all, it’s just too much.

And too much of a good thing will only worsen the situation and make us immune to people’s self promotion.

We need to help one another, highlight other people’s achievements, and if we did something worthwhile they too will mention it. It’s not a tit for tat kind of thing at all.

Humans love to exploit and ruin a good thing, we need to know that and work with it, not against it.
