Seeing red cars

Ever since I learnt about this theory I started to try and harness it and smile every time I fall victim to it.

It’s basically when your awareness of something is increased or elevated above other things in your life.

Let’s say you want to buy a new red Porsche for example, you study the car, visit the showroom get information and sit inside one and imagine what’s it’s like to drive one.

You even save the smell of it’s leather seats and engine sound in your brain.

This is precise focus people.. intentional focus at play.

What you’re doing here is planting the seeds for the idea to grow and become a reality, wether you can afford it or not.

There’s a big difference between “yeah I like that car I’ll get one someday.. I wonder how much it costs?” and

“I want to buy that 2021 red Porsche 911 carrera 4S with truffle brown chalk stitches for $148,000 ten months from now.”

The thing is once you get excited, or your mind does, it triggers your subconscious senses to keep note and become “more” aware about it.

You start to see it, the exact color and in other colors too. It’s in ads, on social media, at traffic lights, passing you on the opposite lane, parked outside your work..

You’re just more aware of its existence, it was always there. You did not summon a magical genie to remind you of it, you now take note more than you ever did.

So what else can you use this theory https://www.healthline.com/health/baader-meinhof-phenomenon on?

Everything and anything you want to focus on.

That’s it and have an amazing Friday!
