What happens when you decide to show up daily?

Every single day without missing a day.

Wherever you show up gets familiar with you.

If you’re on a vacation in some foreign land the people you see at the coffee shop daily will recognize you and get friendlier, because you’ve become a familiar.

What about showing up daily to something you want to complete in one year?

That’s 365 days of working on completing that something.

Bit by bit, even if it’s 30 minutes a day..that adds up to 7 full days of working on one thing only, half an hour only.

How many days do you play games?

Sit with friends in coffee shops?

Do nothing but tweet?

Watch Snapchat vids of other people living their life?

Complain?

Shop?

Walk around in malls?

Watch Netflix?

Do those things and enjoy them, but remember the other important things that make your life better too.
