  • Was it?
  • What were they trying to accomplish?
  • Did they?
  • How big was the test specimen?
  • Which demographic specifically?
  • Were they informed?
  • What about economic factors?
  • Who benefited the most?
  • Who was lost to the experiment?
  • What was the aftermath?
  • What did it change in you?
  • Will you continue to live that way?
  • Will you rebel?
  • Did it reshape humans or not?

Are those questions even important?

Do they make the slightest difference? I’m sure not.

The most vital and important questions are the ones we ask ourselves.. the ones that trigger ideas, personal debates, deep thoughts: The engagement

No matter where you stand on this debatable historic event the change has already taken place.

We found out so much about our lives, honestly I think it’s the only time in history excluding wars that humans pressed hard on the brakes and stopped the world from going round.. and:

  • Looked in the mirror more than they feel comfortable with
  • Sat down with silence
  • Answered the pending important questions about their lives

Not even money made the world go round

Personally I discovered so much about myself, not to mention several hard core life experiences I was going through.. I can say the event caused some major changes.

Changes are good, our only problems with change is the forceful factors.. we hate that. We also love our comfort zones that we create along our journey in life.

I think people required a slap in the face to come back to reality whether they liked it or not.. but guess what?

Humans are resilient and stubborn, forgetful and always looking for the next distraction to forget or entertain themselves.. so to that I say:

80% of people have already forgotten the hard hitting fact of social distancing.. I would assume they would be the youngest test segment, the elders will use it to tell stories and what not.

There’s nothing wrong today with selective social distancing, it was forced a few years ago..

There’s nothing wrong with just saying no to casual or formal occasions.

There’s nothing wrong with simply falling off the friends grid.

There’s nothing wrong with refusing, choosing, being picky or wandering alone in life today.

Is it healthy?

I would assume we’ll be ok since our world is moving in that direction, the solitary state.. with all the AI and online presence, interactions, the games and augmented reality avatars.. you tell me?

Everything we go through we pick up something new, whether we notice it immediately or not.

We are made up of bits and pieces.. no pun intended.

Have a great day!
